How long does it take to build a website?
Most websites take 1-3 weeks depending on complexity and how quickly we get your content and feedback.
Do I need to provie all the text and images?
Not necessarily – we offer copywriting asp oart of our Grow and Thrive plans, and can help source hisgh-quality imagery if needed.
Can I update my webste myself after it’s built?
Yes! We build user-friendly sites with easy editing tools – and we’ll show you how to amke updates yourself.
What’s the difference between your plans?
Launch is great for getting started, Grow adds more support and content help, and Thrive includes powerful features like SEO audits, e-commerce and monthly deisgn requests.
Do I own the website once it’s built?
If you’ve purchased an individual service, yes – you own it once the project is paid for. For monthly plans, ownershiop transfers after 6 months of subscription.
What if I need help after my site goes live?
We’re always here to help. Ongoing support is included in our monthly plans, or available as needed for one-off clients.
Can I cancel my monthly plan at any time?
Yes – there’s no long term contract. You can cancel anytime and your services will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
